Copyright Policy

BiomedExchange respects the intellectual property rights of others. Most dealer-source pages contain structured equipment facts and a link to the original listing; source images are not displayed by default.

Reporting copyrighted material

If you believe material displayed on BiomedExchange infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, use the copyright contact form and provide:

• the exact BiomedExchange URL;
• identification of the copyrighted work;
• identification of the material at issue and where it appears;
• your name and email address;
• a statement that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner; and
• enough detail for the claim to be reviewed.

For an image or listing-reference removal request made by an authorized dealer representative, you may instead use the listing-removal flow.

We review reports and may remove or disable material when appropriate.
