Listing sources

BiomedExchange indexes equipment offered on dealers' and auctioneers' public websites. The service does not intentionally collect source material from behind a login, paywall, or CAPTCHA.

Listings identify their source and link to the source page when a source URL is available. We present structured facts such as manufacturer, model or part number, condition, asking price and currency, location, dealer or auctioneer, and the date the information was last checked. Listing titles on BiomedExchange are constructed from structured facts rather than copied marketing headlines.

Images and source content

Dealer-source listings do not display source images by default. Where a dealer has enabled its images, the site may link to the image at the dealer's own URL and identify the source. BiomedExchange does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or source material.

No endorsement

A reference to a dealer, auctioneer, manufacturer, trademark, or product does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, or affiliation. A claimed dealer page indicates only that the page has been connected to a verified account through the site's claim flow.

Corrections, claims, and removal

Anyone can report inaccurate or outdated information through the "Correct this listing" link on the applicable listing page. Include the listing URL and the facts that need review. Do not include patient information.

An authorized dealer representative can claim a dealer page. A dealer can also request removal of listing references, images, or displayed prices. These requests are reviewed and the resulting status is recorded so it can continue to be honored. No fee is charged to submit these requests.

Removed listings are no longer available in the public catalog.
